S. M. in Minneapolis says:

“We hired New Leaf Restoration for a small but complex remodel of our 1950s mid-century modern home, and they exceeded our expectations on all aspects of the project. I am very particular about preserving the original design while modernizing key elements and was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality make them a top choice for any home renovation project!”

P. H. in Minneapolis says:

“I recently had New Leaf out to repair the rot that that was found beneath my stucco. New Leaf was in a tough position going into this project - it was an unexpected expense for me, and they weren't sure what they were going to find underneath, so they didn't know what it was going to cost. Despite these factors, they explained the various scenarios and potential costs, walked me through my options throughout the project, and really did a great job.My house is 100 years old, they helped me keep the good while repairing the bad. I would hire them again.”

B. M in Minneapolis says:

New Leaf did great work for us. I would recommend them to anyone where skilled carpentry is a must. My house was built in 1930. Part of its character is the exterior crown molding and fascia including some curved features on the front of the house. We found that after 90 years the curved moldings and fascia were badly rotted and needed replacement. We made many calls to local carpenters and contractors to see what we could do. Except for Merrick at New Leaf every one of them told us that we could never restore the molding to look the way it did originally. Most of them took one look at the job and walked away. Our house has the features it was originally built with except that they look brand new. I literally don't think anyone in the twin cities could have done this job except for New Leaf.
